What To Bring To Class

First Prepare for yoga Class it's important to bring and have a few things

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat. We also have mats available to borrow for free!

  • A water bottle.

  • If your hands or feet get sweaty or slip during the practice, bring a towel or bring yoga socks to wear. (socks are not recommended for kundalini)

  • Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow you to bend and stretch without distraction.
